1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on CAPKAF website/app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We deliver food from restaurants in chatrapur to customers in this city for now . We act as a technology platform connecting customers and restaurants.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to place an order.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are as displayed on the platform (exnclusive of taxes).

• We accept UPI, Cards, Net Banking and Wallets.

• We are not accepting COD for the moment.

• All delivery & platform fees are non-refundable except in case of non-delivery.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is not allowed. Please be 100% sure befor placing your order

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed only for non-delivery, wrong items, or spoiled food (photo proof required within 2 hours). Refund timeline: 3–7 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the order value. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or incorrect address.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in chatrapur city.
